As of this date there are 16 parcels of land for sale in Highlands in the range of 5 to 15 acres. The
prices range from $165,000 to $2.2m. The closer the land to the center of Highlands the higher the
price. The land north and south of Highlands can have views at a more reasonable price. Land west
(Turtle Pond area) is generally wooded with limited views.
Four acre lots are available at Highlands Gate. I do represent a few land owners there and I think that
area is one of the best buys as those lots either have water and utilities already or is available.
